I've just checked the airport.org website and it says that Seoul (SEL) is the 27th busiest cargo airport for last month. And Seoul (ICN) is the 15th...

Does Kimpo still handle cargo flights? Or even pax flights?

Kimpo has changed its name to Gimpo amnd has a new IATA code, GMP. SEL is now used as the city referrer.

I think the old Kimpo Airport handles only domestic flights, both pax & cargo.

It is still around, and in terms of movements, is probably on a par with Incheon. KE/OZ/ Govt flights and bizjets still use it.
(KE/OZ for domestic flights).
There is a good chance that flights to/from Tokyo Haneda will occur during the World Cup.

Out of ICN you only have one or two KE and OZ flight to PUS. ALL other Domestic flights are out of GMP...

The old Domestic Terminal and Cargo Terminal is now closed and only the old International one is operated. I think all International Cargo flights are already out of ICN...
