Cubana has leased in the past some A320's from Tnasaer(now defunct) and Grupo Taca. The main problem with Cubana getting Airbus equipment is that they don't have the money to purchase new or second hand airbus equipment so they mainly depend on wet leasing airbus aircraft.

Don't think Air Koryo are interested. Cubana will probably get some Airbus at some point. If Castro ever dies, will the US normalise relations? Is Castro the only hurdle? Or is Cuba an understudy in the "Spindle Of Terror" or whatever it is?

Well, in fact every airline wants to get modern and nice airplanes, I think even Air Koryo.
But as long as there is simply no need for them I don't think they will buy them. The other question is, if they have the fund for buying those planes.
Their Il62 is very nice and as long as they can serve their key destinations as Beijing there is no need to buy new planes. But in a few years (with or without political change) this could be considered...
