Well, I am flying Frontier this Summer AUS-DEN on an A319. How are the A319s? Does Frontier only have coach class? How is the service? Thanks!

TCAS,

Yes, Frontier is only a one-class airline. I haven't flown on them personally, but my dad has and said that they were great. He flew DEN-LGA.

As for the A319s, I heard there seats are among the roomiest in the low-fare market.

Regards

Are seats assigned at the gate?

Seats are assigned at the gate or in advance -- Travelocity allows you to choose seats when booking, or you can call Frontier reservations after booking to pick seats.

IS there IFE on the 319s? At least audio if not flip down LCDs?

No IFE on the A319s, but they do have audio. The A319s have flip down LCDs (it's a standard feature on the A320 family), but they are never used.

Hopefully that will change one day.

i would be willing to bet their service is good, they are competing against united in denver.

i have only heard good things about them.
the planes they have are ugly with all the wildlife on them.imo

we see them every summer in cos when we get the diversions from den
