HI All...Friday morning i flew Delta's flight 1937 from PHL-ATL. The aircraft was a trusty old MD-88 but thats not why Im writing this post! Walking through security, i saw an ACJazz BAe-146 sitting over at terminal D in the yellow c/s. Nice plane. At the same time, ATA's morning flight to Chicago pushed back, a Boeing 737-800 with winglets. Awesome looking airplane. Over at one of the Northwest gates was a Sunworld 727-200 with winglets, getting ready to run their flight to Kansas City. It was actually there again when we got back Saturday night. After we boarded the airplane (f/c hehe), they taxied a Southeast DC-9 from the ramp to gate E-9. And as we taxied out, i saw for the first time a USA3000 Airbus 320 sitting out where USAirways Express used to be. Great day for spotting, a lot of firsts!

WOW, that is a good day at Philly. If I am lucky I will catch some BA 777's US 333's and something random like the Russian cargo jet that flies in sometimes.

I am jealous.

Well, all of those planes are not unusual at PHL.
They are there everyday since last November.
Few days ago AN-124 was visiting PHL. Thats unusual guest.

Not long ago I was driving up I-295 in New Jersey. Of four or five planes I saw depart or arrive at PHL across the river, one was a US A330 and the other was the Lufthansa A340. Pretty good spotting for an afternoon drive!

Need a new airline paint scheme? Better call Saul! (Bass that is)
