IL-62 At JFK

Saw an IL-62 amidst the fog and rain last night at JFK taxing past terminal 1 going in the direction of T2/3.

Any ideas on what it might be. It was dark outside and the aircraft didnt appear to have any tail lights on. It was 11:30pm so couldnt be Aeroflot or Air Ukraine as their flights had already left for the day. Also, I believe SU stopped flying Russian a/c to JFK for several years now. Air Ukraine also only flies in code share with Uzbekistan Airways B767.

I'm guessing VIP aircraft, but anyone happen to see it?

If it was an IL-62 it could have only been a VIP move. IL-62 scheduled service is not permitted (due noise restrictions) at JFK.

Last week there was a RAM 737-800 and a few other VIP RAM a/c, Saturday Luffwafe A310 so most likely it was Russian VIP.
