Very sad, that VS last 747classic will be retired tomorrow. Without the classics aviation wouldn't have any "soul"
The classics brings you back to the days when flying was something very very special and glamorous.

let her rest in peace.

Doesn't Air Atlanta still operate 2 classics for VS on the Orlando (ex MAN) and Lagos runs?

Air Atlanta are only operating 1 B747-200 for Virgin, TF-ATW ex G-VSSS.

The aircraft has recently had full Virgin markings applied ready to start MAN-MCO services on Wednesday.

Virgin's LHR-LOS flights now use A340s, but Air Atlanta are using B747/767 aircraft for Nigeria Airways on the route.
