best inflight service?

American Eagle sometimes serves snacks in flight. I remember several years ago, I flew with them from Hilton Head to Raleigh Durham and I received a sandwich with my soda. It was an ATR-42.

Midwest Express is supposed to be pretty good on that. Snacks/Meals
on all flights is what I've heard.

I've flown on 9V-SPK.
