You can park at the east end of Rockaway Blvd. and hope that they are using 31R for arrivals. You'll get the BA Rocket for sure and maybe the AF one too.
There is a foot bridge across the Van Wycke (spelling?) that you can probably get a good look if they are using 31L for departures.

I did saw once last (2002) winter, the concorde was less than 1000 feet above me, full afterburner really hurt my ears, trust me, a person standing 30 cm from you can't hear what you said!

Worth the trip to the airport alone, what a magnificent sight! Sad to say it's days are numered with no replacement on the horizon; we won't see anything like it for a long time. The Sonic Cruiser, beautiful as it will probably be, just won't be quite the same for both the eyes AND the ears.

They'll be around for some time yet, though sadly not for as long as Donder 10 says.
The JFK flights include Saturday, they started when the BGI season finished.
Expect the BA003 and BA004 to restart next year, probably April,

A couple of additions, no AF concorde service on Tuesday and Saturday, even for the summer.
AF concorde flight arrives at 825am and departs at 8am.

BE CAREFUL of the customs parking lot. I have been going there for about 11 years now and the police used to chase us out of there all the time. Then for about 6 or 7 years they were ok about it on weekends. But post 9/11 atleast when I went back, they were real strict. Some cop drove up to me and took down my license plate number and then asked if I had been there recently which I said I hadn't since I had not in like a year and then he said in a very menacing rude tone that this was a "bonded area and i needed to get the hell out of here now." So i left and that was that.
Bonded area? If he meant secure area or whatever..uh theres a public road to a parking lot so how "bonded" can it be? Anyway just a heads up.

It's really sad thet they care not a bit at JFK, no public viewing area, no terrace, no nothing. Instead: Security watching you.
I just went there today, the customs building is technically OK, I got great shot of SSC departing and arriving, both between 9:00am and 9:20am.
The best place (and easiest) for the Concorde is the BA terminal (8 or 9) where it is parked directly next to the road and you have an elevated position so no fence obstructs your view. Today there was a (charter?) Concorde leaving at around 11:30am, so another opportunity for good shots.
On Saturdays there is also the AF Concorde parked near Terminal 1 during the whole day, you can get good pictures next to the building through the fence!
