Norman Williams' Testimony

Norman Williams was one of the lucky survivors of the Tenerife accident, March 26 1977.
He was aboard the Pan Am 747, the Clipper 1736.

There are a lot of sites with an audio stream link with his one hour long testimony.

I'm looking for a (text) transcript of his testimony, as English is not my mother language
and it becomes hard to understand everything he tells in his very interesting testimony.

If anyone of you knows where I can download it (if it exists), it would be very nice.

Thanks.
