Will UA Restart LAX-HKG-DEL?

After Sept11, they said that they would suspend the service that LAX-HKG-DEL, for a month. But couple months gone, they still haven't restart that service, so I wonder will they restart that service?

By the Way, they hold a lot of 5th Freedom out of Hong Kong, will they make full use of these rights?
They have traffic right from HKG to BKK,SIN,DEL

They just rescheduled their flight UA896 HKG-ORD. The previous schedule make them keep 1 747-422 stay over night in HKG, because of the dept time for ORD is 8:05am. But now they reschedule that to 12:25pm. Which mean they stay over time in HKG is longer, so, will they use their fifth freedom by extending UA895/896 to some Asian Destinations?

They have started flying HKG-SIN again, so they're at least starting to grow back again.
