I don't know exactly, but as far as I know Azzurra Air based a B737-700 in Manchester for this summer season.

Today they recived also a new B737/700 for this summer season.
Now I think it's parked in MXP or BGY.

Most of the usual sun-spots in Spain and Canary Islands! They spent the past winter doing charters ex-MAN, usually rotating the 737 every week.

And who is Azzurra operating for? Are they chartering the aircraft to some British tour operator? Or are Azzurra operating on their own behalf?
