I am not sure about the last two meanings, but should be something similar.

It used to be an in-house joke at Qantas. More of a reference to some of the female FA's exhibiting more testosterone than the guys on board. And to the lay over tactics of some of the crew in Bahrein!!

Is Qantas really that bad servicewise or is everyone just taking a jab at the name 'QANTAS'? I've never flown Qantas.

They have improved!! Though they used to be REAL bad in my opinion.
Though i am hearing very bad things about them at present!

Yeah, same here. Ever since the demise of Ansett I've heard mostly bad things about Qantas here. Surely it couldn't have degraded that much? Then again they do have the market share now. A friend of mine who flew on Qantas 3 months ago thought the onbard service was great, in fact one of the best he ever experienced on any airline. It was a 763 HKG-MEL flight.

Yer there International is usely very very good. Most USA carriers talk about their crews!!

It really depends on your crew on the day. Some people will swear by Qantas, and some not. Im in the middle. I stand by AirNZ!! All the way!

I think their Wunula Dreaming colour scheme is probably one of the best ever. Do they still have aircraft painted in the special scheme? I hope to see it at CLK one day.
