Of the US carriers, NWA is probably the only one which has a dedicated cargo fleet. Internationally, many do (although some of these are operated by wholly owned subsidiaries):
Air France - 747F
Lufthansa Cargo -747F, MD11
Asiana - 763F, 744F
JAL - 747F
Singapore Airlines - 744F
Malaysia - 742F
Dragonair - 743F (very unusual)
Martinair - M11F
Korean Air - 744F, 742F, M11F, A300F
CAL - 742/744F
There are many more, such as KLM; these are just examples.

NW has a big cargo fleet because its main base for cargo flights is at ANC (Anchorage, AK). It's a huge cash cow for the airline, too.

Cathay Pacific has dedicated freighters, and so does Singapore Airlines.
Its better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air than be in the air wishing you were on the ground. Fly safe!
