LH Service To Santiago - Where Does It Stop?

Quick question. I will be flying from Santiago to Frankfurt in July and there is a stop en route. Does anyone know where is that stop point?

Don't know about LH but the Air France passengers could get off in Buenos Aires when I was there. They got a little pass and could get out.

My username is that exact flight  Smile/happy/getting dizzy I have family in Chile and so I fly there every year. Your stopover will be in Buenos Aires Ezeiza / (Ministro Pistarini).

The photo positions in the transit area is not very good. Coloured glass and bad positions. I prfer Santiago for spotting  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

The flight will be nearly empty  Smile/happy/getting dizzy Tehre are always only some 40 pax on board, though the plane is nearly always full on the FRA-EZE leg, most pax fly to EZE.
Make sure to watch the Mount Aconcagua, should beon the starboard side when you pass over the andes.

Why do they fly to Santiago then altogether if the plane is almost empty ?
1h 45minutes is pretty long for such a few pax.
And the ticket price is not much higher to SCL then to EZE usually.
