I would Tuesdays are least busy when going out from the UK = Monday departures from the US (if I remember correctly CO dropped the Monday departure on the EWR-MAN service - returning on the Tuesday -and only reinstated it with the summer timetable, and bmi don't fly the IAD route outbound on Tuesdays).

Crikey, I don't think there is a day when it isn't busy on those routes!

Your best bet is to call your travel agent/BA if you don't get an adequate answer on this thread.

Saturday's were usually least busy. Most times you have a Saturday stay requirement on a ticket......
