Just wondering how the World Cup teams are managing to play in two different countries. My guess is that FIFA has hired the services of a Private Jet Airline that has positioned a BBJ737 or 319 in the region.

Not exactly.
A few minutes back I just saw the Brazilian team flying to Cheju (or Jeju?) on a Korean MD-80 (don't know if it's 81, 82 or 83). I'd guess that JAL and KAL are both doing the commuting job.

each half of the groups are playing in the same country so all groups A, C, E & G are playing in Korea and all the others are in Japan and the teams are just commuting as normal

Wrong, A, B, C and D are playing in Korea, E, F, G and H in Japan. I would guess KE and OZ do the transportation job in Korea, JL and NH in Japan. I heard the German team has flown on JAL and ANA so far.

some teams are travelling with thier own private jets.
like Saudi arabia (yes the ones who lost by 8 goals to Germany). I don't know what type of acft. they used, I do know that when they flew to Japan 3 weeks ago they invited the Senegal national team to go with them as they were already in Riyadh to play a friendly with Saudi, they didn't say no!
