My dream job would be the founder and CEO of my own airline. The company itself would be based out of Atlanta. More than likely it would be a charter airline, providing ACMI flights to airlines and charter services for vacation companies, sports teams, and businesses.

My dream job is being an airline pilot. I plan on applying to the Scandinavian Aviation Academy pilot school in Bromma, Sweden in about a year. After that I would want to fly for SAS in Sweden.

For me it would have to be flight planner/scheduler to develop new routes and assign aircraft, etc or as CEO à la Gord Bethune at Continental so that I could also be a part-time first officer. Ahhh, to dream.  Smile

That is kind of like Don Bell at Westjet. He is the VP of customer service,one of the 4 men who founded the airline, and he also is a captain on the 737. That is a job I would love to have.

I've always thought route control was pretty nifty.

They're the department that decide how many seats in each booking
class to assign to each flight, how much to overbook it by, whether
to confirm waitlists. They also control much of the seating.
