Well, I know MD had more than a few new designs on the drawing board (MD-12, MD-XX, BWB, HSCT, MD-9*X) when it was bought, but I think Boeing kill some if not all of those projects.

Right now they seem to be spending most of their energy on military projects like the Joint Stike Fighter.....A vain attempt to be Lockheeds proposal. Most of the new stuff they are comming out with are different versions of existing aircraft.

Boieng does have the 787 and 797 on the drawing board and prepared. They have not been shown to the public. Only the airlines know about them or have been shown them in their design concepts.
