Why Did ProAir Choose Not To Re-launch?

Last I remember, ProAir had been given it's certificate back, and was getting ready to re-launch.. Why did they choose not to?

ProAir decided not to relaunch because of 9/11 and the uncertainties in the wake of 9/11.
