KA Applying Certifiacte To Operate AN Routes?

Just read it from CX internal site that an airline of the Greater China is applying a certificate to operate AN route, presume to be KA but not much in details...is there any insider info to share? or if there is another thread pls direct me...

Wouldn't necessarily be to operate ANs routes.
ANs air operators certificate is up for sale that's all.

Recently, a few reports said that there is a Chinese airline is certainly interested in it, but people who know the details refused to give the name of the Chinese airline and also its-based location as well.
