JAL 747-400 In Yhz?

Wondering if anyone knows why a JAL 747 landed at aprox 14:30 local this afternoon in Halifax?

Japan has two of their own government 747-400's why would they use JAL planes??? Besides I thought th eG7 summit was in Kaninaskas in Alberta!

it is a jal747-400..its approx 500ft from me now.
cant see the reg.
i believe its flt nbr was jal3016..i watched it on flt explorer since i came in
at 0600 this morning.this summit in yhz is for the finance ministers of the g-7
like the one at sea last year.

facing north sun to your back and so close to the parking lot
