WOW!! Who cares about the world cup when you have that line up at EMA!! Hey Simon, i take it you work at EMA, know if there's any part time jobs going around, i would like to get some experience working airside, but i'd have to fit it in with my A level studies, so evening/weekend work

Oh yeah, another thing, i went for a flying lesson last wednesday, and while taxiing a Cathay B744F took off right along side us, absolutely fantastic, but i was just wondering, is this a regular thing i.e. every wednesday, as i know it used to come last winter every thurs at about 7am and depart about 9am

Funny you should mention the CX 744, I also thought it was only a winter thing. However today driving to work I saw what was definately a 744 and looked very much like Cathay. It was taking a routing they seem to use a lot when busy, over North Leicetser.
Good luck with the PPL, I also fly from EMA flight school, may see you up there one day!
