Yes, today VG Airlines will fly for the first time to Boston.
I should have been on that flight, but I broke my ankle.
Bad Luck for me.

But Air Orange and his wife are onboard this flight, with his livery designed for VG Airlines.

Well done Air Orange and enjoy the trip in the best livery around.

I will survey them again in Augustus.

Get Well Soon Skippy,

How were the bookings on this route? I hope their is an improvement.

Off-topic but on Skytrax they showed a GF First Class cabin, a picture that can be found on A.net and said that this is VG's Business Class cabins

Speakin of VG, a good friend of mine at DL (who handle VG flights in New York) told me the passenger payload has been around 5 passengers per flight, any confirmations on this?

Hi,
I'm afraid that with the kind of loadfactors VG appears to be having, the question is not if but when VG airlines will go bust?  Crying

Hey, don't get me wrong, I wish all VG employees all the best but I'm afraid that they will soon be unemployed again.  Crying

Or am I missing something?

Regards,
Erasmus

AirDD I hope you have a nice time onboard and in LAX on the 30th of June, it will be a great experience. I hoped that I would be there, but I have to go to the hospital on the 1st of July for setting up my operation for the 14th of July. If the flight will be delayed a few days I will try to make it anyway on the inaugural flight to LAX. I still can walk on my ankle but it sure hurts. The inaugural will be a press flight, so you must be press as well.

Karl I will keep your offer in my mind, who knows for the future.

Air France JFK not very trusting information I can tell you. From JFK at least 52 people where onboard when I flew back. In the beginning ( the first days ) it was true because there where some troubles with the bookings, but as of then the number of PAX is still growing. The price is also perfect and can't be beat bye other airlines. I will see if I can get some official PAX load information.

QatarAirways Thanks for the information. As you all know, we ( Alasta ) have some problems with Skytrax who is suing ( or threatens with it ) us Alasta because of copyrights. Skytrax is claiming that we use information where the copyrights belong to Skytrax ( is not true ) They also say that they claim that they have contracts with all the airlines involved and that they are free to use the pictures and have arranged the copyrights. Well I can tell you this, they are incorrect again. The picture on the Skytrax site is from me, it is also posted her on a.net.

As you all know, I hope that VG Airlines will become the best Airline around. I work as a freelance consultant for them and I am sure that Skytrax did not arranged anything regarding these copyrights with VG Airlines. Well I can sue them for using my copyrights. VG Airlines wanted a picture of the inside of a Airbus 330 cabin. That is why I said to use that picture for the beginning. I also made some new pictures that will be uploaded soon to the VG site.

The information that Skytrax gave to me was that : "There was no proper information in terms of comfort analysis anyway, and of no real assistance to customers. That reference has been removed ".

Anyway the picture is not on there site anymore
