Next summer in July, my mom wants to take my family to Italy. She wants to use her Delta frequent flier miles to get us there. I think that Delta starts selling tickets 331 days in advance to the flight. That would mean that we could potentially buy the tickets in August this year. How soon do you think that frequent flier seats on flights from ATL to Italy will sell out for next July? We are thinking of flying into MXP and out of FCO, but that is only tentative. It could certainly change. Thank you very much!

People sometimes camp out for days before these tickets go on sale - they are so popular. Go to your nearest airport and take a look. The folks may lie and tell you that they missed their flight and thats why they are sleeping on the floor, but don't believe them. They all want the FF seats to Italy.
