Sometime back AA cut one of their nonstops from BNA to LAX. It was the 8:00am morning flight. They still operate the 4pm nonstop with a Super 80 but Southwest now offers three daily nonstops. I'm guessing that Southwest caused American to drop their daily morning nonstop? There are only so many daily seats that can be filled from BNA to LAX so I'm wondering if AA has any plans to drop the BNA-LAX route altogether. Anyone know?

I believe AA had planned to drop the route altogether a while back, but has kept it because of the country music industry demand for F class on the route.
