hi there, just a small simple question. today i saw some UNITED 727's on aaviation video which shows airplanes on uk airports. the video came out 1993 and its good possible that some of the shots are older. so there were some 727's in the old UNITED c/s at LHR. had UNITED used that planes for transfer flights in europe (maybe to berlin like some other u.s.-airlines years ago) or was it a route to the u.s. (!!!???)? o.k., thats it, thanx lot guys! xtritsarx

United took over the Pan Am flights to Germany from LHR. The flights were still extant until shortly after the latest United livery and one or two 727s showed up at LHR in the dark blue.
