I just made a reservation to go visit some family members in Houston. I'll be flying from CLT to IAH on a Continental Express ERJ-145. I was just wondering how the aircraft is inside?? I've heard that it is a pretty smooth ride but is it cramped, and uncomfortable? I'm about 5"7 or right around there....will I be okay as far as my height goes? How's the legroom? Sorry about all the questions...I've never flown this aircraft and am just curious on what to expect. I flew on an AA Eagle Saab 340 about 6 years ago and that didn't seem too uncomfortable as far as legroom and height...but then again I was only 12 years old ath the time....LOL .

I actually didn't mind this A/C: I flew one IAH - OKC back in December. The overall appearance is cramped, but when you overlook the initial appearance, you'll find the seats are quite spacious. I had to duck my head (I'm 6'3"), but 5'7" shouldn't be a problem. It's the only A/C I've flown and had a window and an aisle seat at the same time!
