JetBlue Serving Blue Chips?

While listening to JFK tower this morning, the controller asked one of the JetBlue flights if their company "really served blue chips inflight?" The pilot replied that they did, and went on to say that they were "all natural" and "tasted pretty good." He promised the controller: "I'll try and get you guys some." Not the type of conversation you hear everyday over the tower frequency.

Does anyone know what type of snack he is talking about?? Maybe a joke?

These would be Terra Blue Chips.

They come from blue potatoes, and are very good.

Other B6 treats include choco-chip cookies, animal crackers, biscotti, corn chips and other things as well.

makes perfect sense.

having the potato chips match the aircraft livery will ensure a consistent image with the customer.

 Laugh out loud

Panam, TWA, Ansett, Eastern.......AC next? Might be good for Canada.

They are so good!

It's kind of weird eating something like a potato chip that's blue, though.

They are some good potato chips. I had like 3-4 bags at home, but ate them all.
