Kabul Bound Plane Was Detained.............

Does anyone know the plane that was detained in Barbados because of a false declaration that was heading to Kabul. The aircraft was US registered 727. It stopped in Barbados to re-fuel from Ecuador but developed problems with radar. Apparently they declared that only 4 people were on the plane but further investigation led to the find of at least 24 Peruvian men on board. Apparently the aircraft was being carried to Kabul for sale. Does anyone know of this.
