I don't know the latest info about PTV, but they have a library service. Means F/A comes around with a troley with lot of books which you can read during the flight.
Actually I don't know if this is available on all flights. I had it once on ICN - FRA.

Well KE have PTV's..bu they are really taking there time in instal;ling them, so it will be ahrd to get them! But there servoice will amke up for them if they are not there!

Short answer on the PTV's is no and I have flown KE a lot. The library thing sounds like a great idea but have never seen that either.
You won't be sorry for flying KE and Incheon is my favourite airport. Try the pizza at the western food court.

KE are installing PTVs on 744s at the moment, but I think all KE 777s have PTVs installed (afaik)
