Beside VS, BA, CX, QF, SQ, SA , EK and KQ(767 only), any other airlines already install inflight PTVs in the economy class cabins?

United has PTVs in all 3 class 767-300s and 777s.

JMC Airlines and Mytravel Airways have PTVs in every class on their A332s.
Monarch Airlines has them in the Premium Class onboard their A332s.

AOM used to have PTVs on all class on their A340 300s  Smile/happy/getting dizzy
Now, those aircrafts fly with Air Lib.

UAL 747 do not have PTV. It is a shame because they are used for those very long haul pacific routes. They really do need the PTV to pass away the time

I think Air Canada is going to put them in all seats on their new Airbus A340-541s.
