Anyone Hear Of Legacy Airlines

Any one heard anything about this airline. There web site is kind of working when you click on something it says comming soon, but you can apply for jobs on there.
who would start an airline out of Syracuse NY any way

I would agree. The fact that they have such details as a corporate giving program (which in a start-up comes much later) shows they don't have their priorities straight. I also question SYR as a medium-range hub (I know, I know, Piedmont, Empire, etc.) and the fact that an RJ is too expensive for the intra-state service they propose.

Wasn't there a Legacey Airlines out of Texas? Midwest express style service to Dc and somewhere else? got shuyt down, maybe for putting antennas on without askign the FAA? sometihng like that?

Legend wasn't shut down for antenaas. They simply ran out of capital. AA was killing them with the competing service at Love Field.

It was too bad. They went bust and the terminal is empty.
