Does anybody have further info on the Dragon Air near miss with the balloon? (Eg. Aircraft Rego, etc).

A Dragonair plane was nearly hit by a huge balloon en route from Beijing to Hongkong last week, a press report said yesterday. The pilot managed to divert the plane in the nick of time when he sighted the balloon believed to be used for a promotion by a commercial organisation, the Apple Daily said. -- AFP

I was onboard a Dragon Air flight in early Jan 2000 travelling from Beijing to Hong Kong.
