if you were in charge of changing the american airlines livery how would you make it? i would make it similar to the usairways livery, i would keep the AA logo and the red and white stripe so basically where it is silver it will be that navy blue. instead of just saying American on the plane mine would say American in red and Airlines in white. it think that would look great on all of its planes. also i would make all of the interiors the same as on the 767-300, navy blue seats with the navy blue leather adjustable headrests. well what do you all think? do any of you think that AA will order the 767-400?

They didn't say that they would order the 767-400 but...they might if they decide to order more 767's to expand their widebody fleet. As far as I know they haven't ordered any.
Also, they have never said that they would change their livery. You keep saying that American will have a new livery soon but they never said they would do so. I think that the one they currently have is good, I know it dates form the early 1970's but still it looks good. I'm not gonna describe now what I would do to change the livery at American because I've been talking about it before but if you want to go over it again please let me know and I'll make you a special post just for that, I'll describe you in detail what I would do of it.

As for the 767-400ER, Delta and Continental is are getting 767-400ER to replace their L-1011s and DC-10s. So I think eventully American will get 767-400ER. The 767-400ER are true replacing for the older tru-jet wide-body.
