I recently took a number of local flights from BKK and used TG.
Their cabin service was very efficient, planes (737's and A300's) were clean and importantly on time.

I think from SIN.. try TG or SQ!!! but i would thhink both airlines are pretty boring to fly with.. so why not try Angel Airlines ( 8G ) cheap tickets and probably a new experience on their 737-400 via Phuket and Direct. For a nice punctual and standard airline w/ average service try SK , AY or SR.. or something very unique and exotic.. PK , RA or TK!!!!

Firstly, MH will be via KL and they might to the cheapest, followed by TG which is also quiet cheap compared to SQ and CX.
So you are know left with two of the world's best airlines to choose from - SQ and CX.
I recommend either SQ or CX on this route and I personally have flown on this route with Cathay Pacific and they are just great.
I realise that you are a fan of SQ, so why ask such a question?
