It is very clearly flipped about the vertical axis. The terminal complex should be the the left in the shot. So somebody scanned the slide backwards.

there are a couple of topics about the (two photos) that have been scanned incorrectly due to the mounts of the slides being fastened backwards (so the slide was upside down, and thus everything appears reversed).
I used to do it alot with my agfachrome slides that had no indication of which side is which

Yes, it's reversed right/left. In other words, the runway intersection should be on the right side of the photo.
Someone developed the negative incorrectly! Either that or someone needs to check their scanner...
