Hi all. I was wondering if anyone knew a good site that has detailed information on the history and demise of Pan AM. I have been trying to find some info but the only page I found does not focus on the later years of Pan Am. Any help would be appreciated.

J

www.panamair.org

A site prepared and maintained by a Pan Am family member, well detailed with galleries, history, crashes and memoribilia. Also has a fleet description as well.

I would also recommend the book, Hard Landing by Thomas Petzinger Jr.

Not only does he discuss the rise and fall of airlines such as Pan Am, Eastern and Braniff, he gives great historical insight into the major airlines that are still currently operating.

Patrick Bateman is my hero.
