Hey flynavy... Thanks a lot! You know what else I figured out?!?!?!?!? Get this, SWA doesnt serve Washington Dulles, Springfield, Missouri, or Columbia, SC... So that might mean they are charters also, you think?

Yes, because the WN flight numbers are in the 4XXX and 5XXX range, and because they are arriving and departing in cities not normally served by WN, they are probably charters as well. Not all airlines use the same system, though. Many of the ex-TWA routes operated by American use four-digit flight numbers as well, as in the case of AA 2812 (STL-MCO).
