1.3 Billions For YUL Expansion

A scoop from La Presse and Le Journal de Montréal newspapers revealed that 1.3 billions will be spent over the next 20 years to improve the facilities at Montréal - Dorval Int'l. It said:
- 350 millions for a new international terminal. Work should start this spring.
- A train station to be built in the terminal to link the city center and Ottawa.
- Space will be given for futher expansions of the Air Canada maintenance center and the Bombardier facilities.
- (On the dark side) the airport improvement fee, currently at $10, will be increased.
A news conference, still scheduled for next Thursday (24th Feb.), will give all the details.
