British Airways 9/11/02 - PHX Canceled, DEN Not?

I recently found out that out of Gatwick, PHX and SAN will be one of the destinations that are canceled for this September 11.

However, to my surprise, the DEN flight is not canceled. Anyone have any clues as to why?

I guess loads are good that day.

I don't have any info about DEN, but my guess also is that loads are good that day. PHX surprises me, as it has the added benefit of connecting feed via America West.

We have already been told that a total of 23 out of 78 longhaul flights are cancelled on that day and there could be more. Time to sit and reflect!!!!

Are any of the cancelled flights by BA the only flight that day to that location?

Just wondering if BA are cancelling whole destinations or just consolidating flights on the day?

I know that BA cancelled 1 of 2 LHR to PHL, but both US flights (to LGW) remain scheduled.
