At bit of good news at least.

According to BBC News at http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/2194198.stm, Ryanair is expefcted to announce the creation of 200 new jobs at Prestwick with the opening of a maintenance centre. It is expected to go to Prestwick over Bournemouth.

It may not be a central location but I bet it's more cost-effective. This is Ryanair after all.
