I am flying next week to Portugal on TAP and as I know very little about the airline, I wanted to find out some more information:

1) how is the service?
2) do they have individual PTVs?
3) how is the legroom?

Are there any specific seats I should request when checking in?

I will be on an Airbus 340 (JFK to LIS), then an Airbus 310 (LIS to LHR).

Furthermore, my return to JFK is on Virgin from Heathrow on what is listed on my itinery as an Airbus 340-600. Can anyone confirm that is the case?
It's flight VS 9 (630pm) on Sept 4th.
