An Iranian independent airline called 'ARYA' has started weekly services to teh Tajik capital Dushanbe from Tehran, using a Tu-154.

Tajikistan's current or former national airline used to operate, perhaps until 1995, from Dushanbe to London-Heathrow and Birmingham using the Tristar.
