Northwest Ups Price For Paper Tickets

Just saw this on the morning news.. (yeah. more) .. Northwest Airlines will begin charging $25 instead of $10 for paper tickets starting soon ( I didn't catch the date..) Approx 80% of tickets issued last year were E-tickets.. They say that ppl paying for a "Business Fare" will not pay extra.. Is that the BizFlex tickets??

Anyone know more??
