I have heard that Bombardier is coming out with a private aicraft made to seat 5. Does anyone know if that's true?

Do you mean a private plane as in a prop plane?

He may be referring to the recent announcement that Bombardier announced a "replacement" aircraft for the popular Lear 31A. It has been dubbed the "Lear 40". Stay tuned.
