Japan Airlines has announced that it has reached a code-share deal with Emirates, the airline of United Airab Emirates.
Effective October 1, 2002, JAL will code-share with Emirates' Osaka-Dubai route. Although EK is flying this route 4x weekly, JAL will only code-share with EK 2x weekly.
Emirates will also code-share on selected JAL flight between Osaka-Tokyo Haneda, Sapporo, and Fukuoka.
