now, i have booked a bmi flight from LHR-CDG one way and have received my ticket a while ago. but i just realised that the date of travel is 19 jul when i booked on 19 oct. the date i book was 30 jul anyways. so it is most prolly the mistake of the airline 'cos how can you book a ticket for travel on a date that has past?!?!
and i have tried to email them but it wouldnt go through. anyone know what i should do and how to contact them via email? or do they have any offices in Asia? I do not want to spend another $10 just making a call to them and rectify my problem so maybe a phone number in Asia might be better.

hmm... well as I am still struggling to reach them via email!!! and i tried to email to firstname.lastname@example.org (they sent me the confirmation email from this addy) but it looks like it doesnt accept any incoming mails.
so i really need to kno their email addy... and it even says it has a fee to change the flights. but i think this is their mistake, how would u judge this case???

If you booked over the Internet, it must have been your mistake, as the binary nature (ie 'yes' or 'no' language) of computers means any error such as this must have been made by a human.
If you booked by other means (ie thru an agent or thru bmi's callcentre, etc), they'll likely only be sympathetic if you called as SOON as you received the tickets. Airlines are very sceptical when people call up 2 months after their ticket was sent out claiming it's the airline's fault! So you might be out of luck, if that's what's happened.
