America West is expanding service to Toronto this fall and winter. America West will add a fourth daily flight to Colombus in October. Then, on 4 December, will re-launch daily Phoenix-Toronto service. In addition, America West will offer 4x daily Las Vegas-Toronto service (Thursday-Sunday) starting the same day.

On the 27th of October Tango By Air Canada will launch nightly flights YYZ/LAS/YYZ using A320 aircraft.
Air Canada daily flights will continue to operate using B767 aircraft.

AC already has the 2 nightly (Thurs/Sun) YYZ-LAS flights. I guess they are converting to Tango.




Panam, TWA, Ansett, Eastern.......AC next? Might be good for Canada.
