Greetings folks...
Can anyone provide a list of US-domestic carriers serving Dayton, Ohio? I was there recently (driving from Arizona), and I'm already planning my next trip there for spring/summer 2003, but this next trip I'm flying out. It doesn't matter if I make several connections or not, but flying with the same airline is a big plus. LAS or PHX would be my departure point. Thanks in advance for all replies & info.  Wink/being sarcastic Regards.

Not sure about all the airlines but while you're there a visit to the Air Force museum is a must. It's even free! You'll see just about every Air Force plane used since the Wright Brothers. There is also an exhibit of Presidential planes: Roosevelt's DC-4, Truman's DC-6, Eisenhower's Super Constellation and Kennedy through Clinton's 707 (I'm using the civil designations for the sake of those in the forum not up to speed on military types). The most awesome plane there, however, is the XB-70 Mach 3 bomber! The Convair B-36 is pretty cool as well with six pusher-prop pistons and four turbojets. You can go right up and touch most planes and even walk inside many. Have fun. Big thumbs up

I work for Southwest, but the views expressed are my own and do not necessarily represent those of Southwest.

I can't believe DAY is mentioned in more than one thread this evening!  Smile

GD727 and FlyCMH prepared a good list already.

Check out the airport's website at http://www.flydayton.com, although I can say it isn't the most informative site on the web.

Air Canada is actually served by Air Georgian Beech 1900D's.
Comair and ACAJet serve DAY from CVG.
As stated in a previous thread mainline USAirways is gone October 6th, leaving PSA and Mesa to pick up the slack.

Check out ATA.com, we're always offering really good fares from both LAS and PHX to DAY.

Good luck in your search for cheap fares!
