Aye, sorry! The $1200 deal is JFK-LHR round trip, going one way on an economy BA (777,747, you are correct) ticket and returning on the Concorde.
Its a kinda sorta Non rev deal, nonrevman.
SO, how is economy on BA? Like Qantas?

BA economy is pretty good. Not as good as Virgin but miles better than AA or (god forbid) AA. Better security as well. Have a great ride on the rocket.
fly Saha Air 707s daily from Tehran's downtown Mehrabad to Mashhad, Kish Island and Ahwaz

Could you PLEASE state where you found that deal? It seems to be highly unrealistic IMO and I am sorry if I can't believe you until you proof me wrong.
Any chance you are talking about an ID90 ticket???

Sejet: GDB mentioned the same deal in the trip report forum, so it's real... If in doubt, ask him where he got the five tickets for himself and his friends for this October...

The deal Ikarus mentions is for BA staff, their friends and relatives.
It ran in August, though you could take flights up until the end of the year.
unusually, it also included BGI deals, for the 5 flights BA ran in August.
No idea if it will be repeated, or when.

Reading an Evening Standard paper on the London Underground last night, I saw an ad for Concorde deals.
It's from Americana Vacations Plc.
They are offering New York from £1977
Barbados (from December) from £2599
No idea of terms and conditions, or if any other flights are included, and note the prices start 'From'
But you can e-mail them;
